Having discovered a leak over a stormy week end, I left a request for assistance by message at Highlander Roofing. Within the next couple of hours, I received a response letting me know that an emergency crew would be responding to "tarp" the leak while awaiting roof repair. As promised, a professional crew responded and immediately stopped the leak. Within the next three weeks, I had a new, professionally looking roof installed at a reasonable price. When we realized the 20+ year old roofs of our house and separate workshop needed to be replaced, we interviewed two roofing companies. Following Braden's presentation, we were convinced that we were totally comfortable ONLY with Highlander. Braden did a wonderful job presenting the options for our roofs, and his professional style and thorough description of how the project would be handled, made selecting Highland for this project an easy choice! And we were not disappointed. This large project was completed in 3 days, and there is not one aspect of this project that was not done to perfection. Javier, owner of the company performing the work, was an excellent supervisor of his work crew. All members of the work crew did a great job. In the course of the work none of our plants were damaged, and they did a very thorough job cleaning the property of debris and nails before they left. And the final result was examined carefully by Joel, Highlander's supervisor. Grade A++. We would highly recommend Highlander Roofing to anyone needing a roof replacement. We have encountered few companies and contractors who perform at their level.

We opted for the shingle roof. Josh came out and gave an estimate. It included metal and shingle roofs and other additional upgrades and options. The estimate was very thorough and was exactly what the project ended up costing us. And the quality of work is out of this world! I would recommend them over and over again. All of the staff at their sales office are super friendly and knowledgeable with samples of all their products and upgrades in the show room. I don t have any other offers to compare their prices too but the cost seemed very fair for the high quality of work done. I would highly recommend them.

Josh and his crew are fantastic and I highly recommend this company for their conscientious approach and speed in service delivery. I sustained a 5-in hole in my garage roof in Dillsboro(long story) and called Highlander in some desperation given rain that evening in the forecast. Josh came by that morning, scoped the job, and then swung by with a crew that same afternoon and replaced the plywood between the rafters and matched the shingles in a seamless job, then cleaned up so well you couldn't tell they had been there. I can't thank the team at Highlander Roofing enough - they are my roofer from here on!
