Entire crew is great Pleasure to do business with highly recommended

We had a tree fall and damage our roofing and gutters. After meeting with several contractors, we settled on Highlander Roofing. Other than an extended wait due to weather and other issues, our repairs were completed in a very professional and detailed manner. The repair team accidentally broke some cheap bird feeders we had up but without even asking, they went and bought us new feeders to replace the old ones, which I felt was above and beyond what they needed to do. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and quality of work.

Our house had a leak in our roof over our garage. I didn’t know who to call but came across Highlander’s name while on the internet. I called to see if they could take a look. They came out promptly and gave us an estimate which we accepted and scheduled. It was scheduled quite a way out as they were pretty busy. To our surprise they called and came out much earlier and did the work. We found them to be professional, responsive, reasonable and we highly recommend them.

A very responsive company! An estimator was at my home within a week of my call and showed up on time. Matthew had a price to me within 24 hrs and I went with them immediately. My project was special since I was doing the structural work and supplied most of the materials. They had the opportunity to charge me extra for some materials unmentioned in the estimate by didn’t ( very fair) They charged me a fair price for some extra sheeting that came up. The roofing crew was hardworking and cleaned up very good each day. The gutter crew did a great job as well. I highly recommend this company, a well run honest outfit.

The trucks just pulled out of the driveway, and I couldn't wait to to jump on my keyboard to say that on a 1 to 10 scale, I'm giving this company a 12! It's the only completely professional company, from top to bottom, that I have ever contracted in Franklin during the last 20 years! I have not even one complaint. It's a miracle!
