These men are truly great! They were professional and went above and beyond what was expected. The roofers knew their trade and the man who performed work on my chimney seemed to know what he was doing as well. Two inspectors came out at various times to oversee the work. I am very happy with everything.

Received a quote to do a repair on my roof. Salesman was thorough, professional and provided a written estimate. The estimate was high, but I was willing to go with it based on quantifying a guarantee of unspecified duration contained in the quote. He verbally advised that the guarantee was for 2 years. Based on the high quote received I advised that I was willing to accept the terms and price if the would provide a 3 year guarantee. This he said had to be cleared with management. After a week and a half of no communication I called and inquired about the extra year. He advised that there would be no guarantee since it was a repair and not a full replacement. I was going to call and speak with owner since the written estimate stated their was a guarantee, but the process left me with a lack of faith in the way they do business. I will not use them. I stand corrected - Although there was no guarantee in writing Shanna (GM) reached out to me and explained they will definitely stand behind their work. Based on her initiative and their O/L comments and rating I took a chance and went with them. Very happy I did. Although the first attempt did not solve the problem they came out again and worked for the better part of a day and so far it looks like the problem is solved. In my opinion the measure of a company/person is not how well the do initially it's how they respond when things don't go as planned. Kudos to Shanna and her people.

Highlander employees were very personable and professional. They explained the issue, repaired the roof and offered suggestions for continued maintenance. I am pleased with the service.

I would like to begin by saying what an awesome experience I have had with Highlander Roofing and their courteous, kind, respectful and hard working staff that replaced the plywood and shingles and much more that is attached to the house but I am not sure of the spelling for the extra things that they replaced. Heck they even to extra time to replace that new wood that was removed and replaced. I would like to give a special "shout out" to the translator that was with the group of men, Jackie is her name. What an angel she was! I would reccomend Highlander roofing to anyone, especially if you want a job done right. Sincerely Karen

Part of my moms roof blew off from one of the windstorms recently. Highlander Roofing was very responsive and professional. They provided a tarp service until they could get there to fix it. Their team works like a well oiled machine!!!! Thanks so much to the whole team from the office to the roofers!!! Great communication, responsive and the quality of work!!!!! Just a super job!!!

We had a tree fall and damage our roofing and gutters. After meeting with several contractors, we settled on Highlander Roofing. Other than an extended wait due to weather and other issues, our repairs were completed in a very professional and detailed manner. The repair team accidentally broke some cheap bird feeders we had up but without even asking, they went and bought us new feeders to replace the old ones, which I felt was above and beyond what they needed to do. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism and quality of work.

Our house had a leak in our roof over our garage. I didn’t know who to call but came across Highlander’s name while on the internet. I called to see if they could take a look. They came out promptly and gave us an estimate which we accepted and scheduled. It was scheduled quite a way out as they were pretty busy. To our surprise they called and came out much earlier and did the work. We found them to be professional, responsive, reasonable and we highly recommend them.
